The location was perfect, a 10-15 minute walking distance from an art museum. The staff was very, very nice without being intrusive. The queen room had basic facilities you need, a safe, cable channels, and a mini-fridge-bar.
Sadly, but there was dust in some areas.

The hotel offers a beautiful atmosphere with a great location downtown. Rooms are spacious, stylish, and comfortable, with great bathrooms with excellent water pressure. Two really good on-site restaurants, Monarch and Catbird, provided a fabulous dining experience, and the front desk staff were personable and courteous.
The breakfast service was slow and inconsistent, and the dog area was not well-staffed.

During our family trip, we really appreciated the spaciousness of our Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The room's modern decor and comfy beds. Dining at the hotel was a highlight, especially at the Catbird and Monarch restaurants, where we indulged in really good meals. While the breakfast service had some delays, the overall experience was enjoyable, and the friendly front desk staff added a personal touch to our stay.

Oh, the Monarch and Catbird restaurants? Absolute game changers! Each bite of pasta reminded me of a warm hug. Plus, the hotel design is sleek and modern-talk about eye candy! Not to mention the super friendly front desk staff-they really know how to.
Now, the corner suite vibes were a bit off. Bed was like a rock, and that espresso machine? Total no-show. The breakfast at Nine Nation? More like a snooze fest with super slow service.

Couples seeking a beautiful ambiance
We loved the rooftop pool, it was not crowded and we spent the whole day just chilling there. Plus, the staff was helpful when we needed some extra towels and they brought them in a flash.
It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super spacious and stylish. The beds were comfy. The bathroom had a rainfall showerhead that was such a nice touch. Only downside was that some areas felt a bit overlooked. Just minor dust spots here and there. But overall, the room vibe was modern and cozy.
